Hi everyone. I'm attempting penis enalrgement for the first time and was wondering if some people who are more experienced with this can critique my workout and give me some pointers on how i can improve it. I am dedicated to this and want to see some gains.

First here's some info about me. I am 22 years old. My penis is uncircumcised, with an erect length of 6", and erect girth of 5". I have been doing this workout for about a week now.

I start out in the shower to warm up. While in the shower I let the warm water flow over my penis for a few minutes. Then I do the "long schlong" for a few minutes while in the shower. I have found that after doing this for a few minutes a start to get an erection, so if it starts to get hard I stop for a minute or so to lose the erection. Then after I get out of the shower I do the long schlong again for a few minutes until i'm starting to get an erection again. At this point, i stop doing the long schlong and get myself to a full erection by masturbating a little bit. Then I put some lube on and do the standard jelq for 5-10 minutes. After this I usually put a little more lube on. If my erection has gone down i get myself back up to a full erection. Then I do the horizontal movement for 5-10 minutes. After this, I wrap a warm wet towel around my penis for 1-2 minutes. I do this routine on a 3 days on, 1 day off schedule, or sometimes a 2 days on, 1 day off schedule. In addition to this, I do PC muscle exercises throughout the day, everyday (usually I'll do around 50-100 reps at a time, and mybe 2 or 3 sets a day, though if the muscle feels tired from a lot of working out I may take a day off). This is not my first time doign exercises with my PC muscle, so I dont think I'm working it out too much in general.

A few other notes:

-When I am doing the horizontal movement, and I'm doing the stroke where I move my fingers (in the "OK" sign) away from the head, I am pulling my foreskin back, which is very stimulating. Sometimes I feel the urge to ejaculate, in which case i slow down or stop moving my fingers (though I still keep them on my penis, i dont let go) and flex my PC muscle to control the urge to ejaculate.

-From reading other peoples posts in the forum, it seems like no one can agree on whether it is OK to masturbate after doing exercises. A couple of times I have masturbated right after my workout.

-I am working towards being able to get multiple orgasm by flexing the PC muscle (as outlined in Barbara Keesling's book "How to make love all night long (and drive a woman wild)". Therefore when I masturbate I "practice" the techniques i nthe book and try to prevent myself from ejaculating as long as i can. Has anyone had luck using this method and actually gotten full orgasms without ejaculating? I have come close a few times, where I'll ejaculate a little bit and have kind of a partial orgasm, and then lose most of my erection, but not enough to keep from continuing to stroke myself more until I get to orgasm again. I'm just wondering what other peoples experiences with this method are.

A couple more notes I forgot to mention which may or may not be important:

-I am not taking any pills or supplements
-I am in average physical health

The basis of your routine consists of stretching by way of the long schlong, and standard jelquing, along with girth specific exercise the horizontal movement, and complimenting your routine with PC flexes. You also perform the warm up in the shower and the cool down. You also have a schedule which you follow.

I think you have a great beginning routine. I suggest that you stick with the routine for awhile to get your penis used to the stimulus and also develop your penile strength in order to advance to the advanced exercises. The fact that you have started off with the routine that you have, suggests to me that you are conscious of the fact that you want to avoid incurring any injuries at the start. By gradually and carefully immersing yourself into the program, you will give yourself a great start to PE and success will follow.

Couple of points worth mentioning. It is not a good idea to be jelquing with a 100% erection. Try jelquing at around near 60% or 70%-80%. These jelq percentages will vary from individual to individual. One person's erection at 100% may be somebody else's erection at a 70% level. You'll find out yourself. You will avoid injuries, some of which are serious, by reducing your erection slightly when jelquing from a complete, full erection.

If you eat a healthy diet, maintain an active, healthy lifestyle, and are properly getting the amount of rest and sleep, then you are giving yourself every possible chance to succeed. And you will!

You're right, it's not easy to squeeze off your ejaculation during masturbation. Have you ever tried this during intercourse? I initially practiced it without too much success during masturbation but I had much better luck during sex, more so when I'm on top. I guess it's because I can get a much stronger PC contraction in that position.

As for losing your erection slightly, I believe it is mentioned somewhere in Keesling's book that it is normal to do so. However, if you keep thrusting, you get it back in no time. Also bear in mind that you're much more aroused during sex than masturbation and will get your erection back much faster.
