Hi everyone. I'm attempting penis enalrgement for the first time and was wondering if some people who are more experienced with this can critique my workout and give me some pointers on how i can improve it. I am dedicated to this and want to see some gains.
First here's some info about me. I am 22 years old. My penis is uncircumcised, with an erect length of 6", and erect girth of 5". I have been doing this workout for about a week now.
I start out in the shower to warm up. While in the shower I let the warm water flow over my penis for a few minutes. Then I do the "long schlong" for a few minutes while in the shower. I have found that after doing this for a few minutes a start to get an erection, so if it starts to get hard I stop for a minute or so to lose the erection. Then after I get out of the shower I do the long schlong again for a few minutes until i'm starting to get an erection again. At this point, i stop doing the long schlong and get myself to a full erection by masturbating a little bit. Then I put some lube on and do the standard jelq for 5-10 minutes. After this I usually put a little more lube on. If my erection has gone down i get myself back up to a full erection. Then I do the horizontal movement for 5-10 minutes. After this, I wrap a warm wet towel around my penis for 1-2 minutes. I do this routine on a 3 days on, 1 day off schedule, or sometimes a 2 days on, 1 day off schedule. In addition to this, I do PC muscle exercises throughout the day, everyday (usually I'll do around 50-100 reps at a time, and mybe 2 or 3 sets a day, though if the muscle feels tired from a lot of working out I may take a day off). This is not my first time doign exercises with my PC muscle, so I dont think I'm working it out too much in general.
A few other notes:
-When I am doing the horizontal movement, and I'm doing the stroke where I move my fingers (in the "OK" sign) away from the head, I am pulling my foreskin back, which is very stimulating. Sometimes I feel the urge to ejaculate, in which case i slow down or stop moving my fingers (though I still keep them on my penis, i dont let go) and flex my PC muscle to control the urge to ejaculate.
-From reading other peoples posts in the forum, it seems like no one can agree on whether it is OK to masturbate after doing exercises. A couple of times I have masturbated right after my workout.
-I am working towards being able to get multiple orgasm by flexing the PC muscle (as outlined in Barbara Keesling's book "How to make love all night long (and drive a woman wild)". Therefore when I masturbate I "practice" the techniques i nthe book and try to prevent myself from ejaculating as long as i can. Has anyone had luck using this method and actually gotten full orgasms without ejaculating? I have come close a few times, where I'll ejaculate a little bit and have kind of a partial orgasm, and then lose most of my erection, but not enough to keep from continuing to stroke myself more until I get to orgasm again. I'm just wondering what other peoples experiences with this method are.
