OK... I have been looking around for a while and am ready to get started. I am sure some of this will be repetetive, but I would ask you guys to be patient and work with me here. I am here as I want all the help I can get and want to do it right from start to finish.

Me- I am a 29 year old married male. My wife is actually sitting here with me as I type this. We share everything together... she is a hottie too! Anyway, I am currently around 8 inches. Yes, I know it is above average, but at 6'2" it does not look huge by any means. I am looking to get the fastest increase in length and width while still looking natural.

So, first off... I am not up to speed on terms at all, so alot of the posts are difficult to decifer. If you guys could tell me what the most effective ways are to get what I am looking for, then I would really appreciate it. My wife and I are also willing to post pics to keep track of progress and when all is said and done, have an accurately documented case of the success... or failure to increase both length and girth. I would like to collect info and then get started in the next week or so... once I know what I should be buying/doing. We think this could be valuable to newbies and others in the future.

Thanks all!

The most important thing that you could do before attempting PE is to educate yourself, that way you have a better understanding of what is being discussed, reducing the occurences of injuries, and making sure that you start PE off on the right foot, so to speak.

You can accomplish this by spending some time reviewing the archives of posts, reviewing the information as presented in www.penis-health.com, as mentioned previously by pearce6. The more knowlege about something that you know, the more you understand it, and the more at ease you feel with the concept.

In my opinion, you are embarking on PE with the right attitude of making sure you understand fully just what it is and what you are going to be doing, before you actually start.

And welcome to the forum. :)
