View Full Version : best way to hold glans while stretching?

i searched around on the forum and couldn't really find anything that directly addresses the issue of hanging on to your glans w/o slipping when you're stretching. i read that one person uses the ADS to perform his stretches and hanging...i'm looking for a device-free approach. (by device-free, i mean something that doesn't cost a lot of money! :-) any household items are ideal.)

my problem is that things start of alright, but when my fingers start to get a little sweaty, things keep slipping and i can't hold on for a decent amout of time for stretching.

does anyone have any good techniques?

I would like to add a problem I notice with the process is that while holding on and stretching, we are compressing and smashing the rim of our gland. I can't see how this compressing affect is helpful to the girth of the rim portion of our gland.

I've Had the same problem both of you have mentioned. As to prevent slipping, I find that using toilet paper on your penis will help prevent the slipping problem. Someimtes it might irritate the penis but it helps more often than not, so I would give it a try. As for compressing the glands I do not know if this has any effect over time or not. Although it does not seem like it could have any positive effects.

The temporary compression while holding a stretch will not hurt a thing. If it worries you do your stretch work first and then do all your girth work. That way you will finish with a lot of blood moving toward the glan.

A splash of baby powder (talcum i think it is called) will help eliminate slipping. Put some just below the head.

i read in another thread that our friend "bigvine" uses a lense-cleaner cloth to get better intensity when stretching. here's the link to that thread:

just an update--right now i'm using baby powder, which is just talc with some fragrance. i have to re-apply it about 4 or 5 times per session, but using an over-hand grip, i can apply some wicked force and expect much better progress than before. it doesn't even make a mess when applying lotion for jelqing, which i thought would be an issue.
