If the pe exercises are better if you take a day off or so, why is it not the same for the pc exercises? I:E: being that you are working a muscle--doesn't it make sense to let it rest a day or so during the week.

There is nothing wrong with taking a day off PC flexes if you feel the need to rest and recuperate the muscle.

It is based on how you feel, whether you need to take a day off or not.

Some people will train their PC muscle every other day, and some people will train their PC muscle every day. The point is, it is totally up to the individual themself how they want to train their PC muscle. PE is about finding what works for yourself, not anyone else.

Let me ask you this question. How are you training your PC muscle? Do you do PC flexes everyday, or every other day? As long as you are realizing results from your training, there shouldn't be the need to procur changes in your routine. If, however, you are seeing minimal results, or even think that you are seeing minimal results, then by the power that you have in yourself, you have the ability to experiment, and try out a different routine, however you see fit, to try and get gains.

Nobody is going to tell you exactly what to do. Only you yourself will have the final answer! :)

I do 50 2 sec flexes, 3 one minute holds, and 20 5 seconds holds, i also do 30 quick squeezes--as quickly as i can--i do this every day between 1 and 3 times a day--i really don't notice any increase erection--which wasn't a problem to begin with but i thought would get harder still. I have noticed an increase in width--actually my girlfirend mentioned it to me--she has no idea i am on this program--i haven't started the pe exercises yet until i have mastered the pc exercises--been doing for a few months
