Ok I just started the program and I have one problem, I'm uncurcumsized and everytime I do my workout my foreskin swells. Now I read on the forum that this isn't that bad and the swelling does usually go down pretty quik. However a few days ago after my routine my foreskin swelled like crazy, I mean I got scared and it stayed that way for 30 hours. My question is anybody know how I can prevent or reduce this swelling? What exactly causes it and how can I minimize it?

As for your "Slight Problem"...You need to slow down my friend and everything will be alright...It sounds as though you are doing your PE exercises with a little too much intensity. As a beginner, it is important to start out gradually and build your intensity as you increase the levels of your workout over a few weeks at a time.
Please describe your workout so that we may assist you further.
Does anyone else have some good advice for our friend?

Well my goal is girth thats all I'm looking for so my workout is as follows:
I warm up for about 5 min
8 min regular jelq
5 min horizontal movement
5 min jelq and hold
I know I shouldn't be doing the jelq and hold but I ran out of girht exercises. Any suggestions? Anything that would help me get thicker quicker would be really appreciated.
Hehe just saw my birthday card, beautifull I feel so loved ;)

Splack, I will tell you my experience from a circumcised perspective. When I began Pe, initially in the beginning after my workouts, the skin above the circumcision scar line and below the coronal ridge of the glans, would swell up. This edema, retention of fluid, usually shows itself in the very beginnings of PE'ing. Gradually, over time, it has dissipated, and has not reappeared. The gradual acclimitization of your penis to the exercises will allow you to handle increasing stimuli to the effect that swelling will become nonexistent.
Some people call this the "donut" effect.
