Q1 i have sex on average 2-3 times a week with my girl, is it best to refrain from sex as much as possible whilst using the device, pills, exercises?
or if i do have sex is it best to not ejaculate? as i find that the best bit, but from what i have read.. ejaculating can effect the gains.

Don't let PE interfere with your sex life. As long as you don't abuse your sexual activities, you should see no interference with your gains. As a matter of fact, sex is a workout for the genitourinary system, so your activities will strengthen your penis and should speed growth.

It does say several times on the forum that you shouldn't engage in any sexual activity (sex or masturbation) for 3 hours either side of your PE, might be worth bearing in mind!;)
