Dear experienced forum members,
Since my last post I have indeed started what I feel is a good program and would like your approval; nevertheless, I do have a few more concerns which I would appreciate once more an honest and clear answer as was the case last time which will allow me to continue "full-hearted" in my quest of gaining 2 inches within the summer.
1- Askmen which is I believe to be a good site on male information has a competitor as consultant Dr.Zimmer from penis improvement which you must know who states his program doesnt enlarge the manhood but maximises its potential-I am already maximised(great health) and want to actually grow the penis as most members I believe-in what way do you guys differ with your program for actual growth?
2- Some of the exercises Darren suggested in my custom workout are meant not for beginners-even in the routines on the website some exercies out of the begginers plans are not meant for begginers in the descriptions of these??Is that ok?.
3-I have blended some of these "ferrari exercies" in with my custom workout and have read their emphasis on all PE exercises being performed tough-I have noticed your exercise videos to display calm treatment of the penis-do you disagree or i it imperative to really stress the chambers on the jelq?
4-lastly here is my full program as I am currently using after much cunsulting of the forum please discuss(I would appreciate if MR.Beale could post an advice).
2 days on 1 off with 4min-5max days a week depending on weeks
-3minutes of warm up soak in hot water
-5 minutes of long shlong stretches
-5 minutes of jelqing regular with a pc flex before each rep
-massage 1 minute
-4-5 minutes of pressured long shlong
-5-6 minutes of jelq and hold with pc flexes in between reps
-erect pc weighted flexes 3-4 minutes
-ferrari seated stretch( imitation of weight hang)5 minutes
-ferrari girth exercises 5 minutes
-2 minute cool down watre soak.
total: approx 40-45 minutes
extras-100-200pc flexes randomly a day(sets of 50)
and two sets of toilet stertches with each trip to the bathroom pulling member straight out for thirty secs after a piss.(adding 5-10 minutes of stretching a day)
and a sit-down stretch every two days for 20-30 minutes.
