Im only 4.5 long right now erect. And i would like to focus on length more then girth right now. If i just do warm up then 10-15 minutes of length stretches then warm down. will that work to? or is jelqing and stretching (length) a must combo?
If this does work any suggestions? if not i may just do the length stretches 2 on 1 off repetively. Morning once and evening once. 10-15 minutes each time. I am also a beginner so i'd be doing long shlong and power stretch.
OH for power stretch it says to stretch the PC muscles for 5 secs... what and how do i stretch that
