Hi Guys

I've just became a member. I've been on other programs without luck and I am trying this now.
I have a question:
Has anyone tried to increase excersice time? My daily program says nomore than 25-40 min. Is there any gains in increasing the time?

Okay, there is such a thing as overtraining! This is noted by the unresponsiveness of the penis to the exercises that you are trying to accomplish.

The times that are listed is a rough estimate of how long your routine should take. A minute or two longer really would not hurt you. However, if you decide to go for 1 hour sessions, it is usually done by advanced and experienced PE'ers who know what they are doing because they have come to "learn" how their penis reacts. They themselves know how long to PE before they begin to overtrain, and even then, it takes a long time and a lot of trial and error in order to reach this level of knowing their limits.

Have you ever heard the expression, "Flogging a dead horse?" This is what might happen if you PE for 2 hours, for example, you would just be beating a limp noodle to death! You can only get so much out of the horse before he needs rest. Same goes for your penis.

You get the most benefit out of your routine if it is an intense and relatively focused session. The longer the routine drags on for, the increasing chance of your technique starting to diminish in execution, that is, your techniques become more sloppy, and as a result, you are just denying yourself the benefits of a properly done technique. Also, your concentration may tend to wander; you may lose count, or time, your focus will deteriate, and your dedication may also dwindle. You will then be going through the motions, la la la la la. You don't want to put yourself in this position.

The other side of the coin: you can possibly extend your routine duration, and the intensity levels if desired, in order to get off the plateau that you are experiencing. Doing such a thing as this may be what is needed to shock your penis into gaining. This might be inserted into the 3rd day of your 3 on schedule. There are other methods, too, though!

Thanks tigerbartlett. I've now noticed that I'm overdoing the exercises.
I am now trying to maske schedule for PE. 3 days of exercises and 1 day off. Duration is now 45 min. and I am not intending to increase that.
Most of my concern is Length and I am using almost 25 min of those 45 min. for exercises about Length.
I've been on Vig-Rix for a month now and I am feeling increasing of Girth when erect.
If you have any good ideas and tips, please let me now.
