hi,
I'm going to return the prosolution pills because of no gains but in the refund page it says "refund only if there are not "ANY" gains". I would like to know your definition of gain, because I took this product to increase my erect size and it only made my flaccid size alittle longer.

the streching only lengthend the ligaments that hold my penis up, not increasing the size of my Corposa Cavernosa and the Corpus Spongiosum ability to hold more blood and those are the ones that this product is aimed for is it not?

I'm asking this because it also says "Only return the product if you are adhering to the refund policies outlined at http://www.lativio.com/refund.html" and somewhere (I can't find it now) that if it is returned without meeting these guidelines I will not get them back soooo....

can I return them or do i have to sell them on ebay to get my money back?

Can I ask - the exercises that you were doing, did you only do stretches, and if so, which ones?

Since you gained flacid lenth, then you have had a gain - maybe you haven't given it enough time - you can't expect a big increase within a couple of weeks.

How long have you been taking the pills?
What exercise routine have you been using?
Have you contacted Customer support for advice on how to make the product work?

Please advise more information, so that we can asses the likelihood of your receiving a refund.

Thank you.

lol my brother overclocked my computer and it over heated and melted near the cpu, I had to get a new chipset.

I've used these pills for about 2.6 months and I've tryed other male enhancement pills (ex. Extagen for 3 months).
Well I started out basicly doing Beginners workout plan 20-25 mins. I kept doing that for about a month, doing the recommended 2 days on, 1 day off method. Changed to Intermediate workout plan 35-40 mins. been doing that on most of the time but changing the length of time if I feel it needs to heal more.
I stopped taking the pills the day I posted in this thread.
I know they want me to take it for 3 months before a refund but what use it is when in 2 and ahalf months you gain nothing, I doubt 2 weeks makes a difference.

and I contacted customer support, here is the linkhttp://www.mens-network.com/forum/showthread.php?t=11690&goto=newpost
as I look back on it I think I should have upgraded to get a personal workout plan with the extra exercises but its too late now.

Thank you for the additional information, did you follow the advice of Big Al? Did you increase the reps and intensity with every workout?

Did this show any changes at all?

I hope you did follow the instructions. If the instructions are not clear enough then perhaps they need to be changed.

sorry for the long reply ,

It just made my penis alot more tender to movement. I followed the directions as best I could I also downloaded the sample exercise videos and adjusted to their methods.

but lets get back on subject, I have everything ready.
I have all that came with the 6 month supply in a box with peanuts and I filled out a refund form. I only made this post to make sure I'm in the right and that the almightly ("ANY"gains) would not be used against me if I turn it in and get no money back.

OK .... I would like a reply

as simple yes or no would suffice

I just would like my money back sence this product didn't work for me as intended.
don't get me wrong its most likely just my genetics or something obscure like that and it could work on anyone else but everything in life has a small percentage of not working as intended.

i'm saying this kindly at first but if need be, i will not go softly into the night. In this day and age, 1 man can make a big impact. With the internet anything is possible.

here is what is says on your 6 month guarantee webpage:

"Customers are our priority and we are truly confident in the "Extra Strength" ProSolution™ system. To give you ultimate confidence in our system, we have guaranteed its effectiveness for a FULL 6 months."

please just give me a o.k., we will refund your money. you guys are a business and need customers that will refur to others ones that this is a good system even if it didn't work as intended they refunded you and wished you luck.

I am sorry that you have not received a reply as yet.

As you stated previously that you stopped taking the pills after 2.5 months, you are not likely to be eligable for a refund.

I think that our refund policy is reasonable, but if you do not adhere to the timeframe we request, you will not be refunded.
