Hello,

i sent an email days ago, in the reply there is mention of a ticket with an id but apart from the automatic message, to this day no one answered my question.

the subject was important so if someone from the customer support could contact me i would appreciate it.

I am sorry if you have not received a reply to your query, there may have been a technical issue where some of our tickets are"hidden".

If you have still not received a reply after 48 hours, either send nother ticket, send an email to support@lativio.com or drop a PM to myself or any of the Lativio staff. You should be able to recognise us, we're the ones with @Lativio in our usernames!;)
