On the penis health website it says that the jelq is for length and girth.
I've tried some stretches and other exersises, but i don't feel confortable doing them.
If i just continue doing many jelqs and I don't know the name of the excersise where you grip the base and head and squeez and hold for 12-15 secs.
If continue doing these 2, would i be on the right right track?
