I have been on the PH program for about a month now and am already seeing impressive results (about .3 or .4 in gain in length). I feel confident now more than ever that this program will effectively get me to my goals. My new gains got me thinking though. When I do reach my desired size I certainly will not want to continue doing the exercises. Now I read all about the weaning off process on the site but it sounds a little too simple to me. Is it realy possible to maintain your gains without doing any of the exercises. This is more of a question for veterans of the program, but any feedback would be appreciated.

People have testified that after achieving their desired goals, and having altogether quit PE, that they have retained their size and have not lost any gains. And some people will just continue on to do what is called a maintainence program, which is basically just a reduced workload of a basic routine every so often, maybe once, or twice a week, depending on personal preferences.

But, you'll cross that bridge when you get to it, so to speak! By then, your priorities may have changed, or they may not. Mainly, at that point in the future is when you will make that particular decision. :)
