i usually only stretch once every 2 days but it seems thatwhen i stretch lately, my ligaments seem more sore than they should be. when i stretch, it is pretty intense. should i layoff the intensity for a while?
please give me any advice you may have

The goal of stretching is to stretch your ligaments, and a good indication of having effectively stretched your ligaments is the soreness that accompanies stretched ligaments.

Whenever I stretch, I make sure to get to that soreness sensation, knowing that I have done an effective workout. If you find that you are getting a way to sore feeling for your liking, then listen to your body and ease up the intensity a little bit. There's nothing wrong with having to scale back a little bit.

However, if you feel that you can handle your intense stretching, and you give your ligaments enough time to heal before the next stretching session, then you should keep doing them the way you currently are.

It's up to you, though. But if you get the feeling that you are going to rip your penis off, then, yeah, lay off the intensity a little.
