Hi

I ordered a 5 month PSP and it said that I can get a DVD bonus.

Today I decided to collect it, and went to the webpage.(http://www.prosolutionpills.com/members/extra/dvd.html)

However, everytime I add a DVD to the shopping cart and chekout it says I have to pay 23.95+shipping fare.

Could you give me some directions? :(

Most of the bonuses- exercises, guru workshops and the forum access are available entirely online with your username and password set up at the time of order.

The free erotic DVDs are available trough the extras page of the members area, you do need to pay the postage and packing costs. These may vary dependant on where you are ordering from. :)

Thank you for your reply but I'm still lost.

What I tried was...
1. go to the 'free DVD offer' webpage through the link at the members area
2. click one of the titles and it pops up a detailed list of DVDs
3. add one of them to the cart
4. click 'checkout' at the 'free DVD offer' webpage
5. and 'Customer Information' webpage pops up but it still charges 22.95$

please tell me what i'm doing wrong :(

You are not doing anything wrong, the DVDs are free, but the shipping isn't.

To get the DVDs, you do need to pay for the postage and packing.

We do not have an order with this email address from 22/08, which is probably why you have not received confirmation. I would suggest that you contact your credit card company to double check that there has been no payment taken for the order, and if not, place the order again.

If a payment has been taken, I would suggest that you contact customer support by our ticketing system or email CS@lativio.com

In addition, I would like to reiterate Big Als comment- PLEASE post new questions in a new thread.
