View Full Version : 0.5 length gain routine
Hello, i have come back to PE again and am probably going to start sometime this week or the start of next, i just have to sort a few things out first.
Anyway my short term goal atm is to gain 0.5 in length, i want to create a routine where if possibly its different from the basic routine people use to start of with because i did get abit bored of that after starting and stopping many times. Jelqing is really my most disliked exercise so i think if i can keep that to a minimum, i thought that maybe if i had a basic routine during the day and then i could top it up with a few stretches and pc at night (mainly so its not all together), other than that though i was thinking it would be nice to have abit of variety and not just tons of a few exercises. So anyway as i was saying my main goal is length prehaps with pc strengthening too but the length is the most important so i was just wondering if anyone had any ideas on a good routine?
I will be posting in the progress forum, when i am up and running so to speak. so i hope you will all come along and support aswell as nudge me:P if i get too lazy, i want to really get it going this time.

Something that may help that I like to do, it when Im at work, if I go to the bathroom I do some stretches. Nothing too intense since there isnt a warm up, but consistently stretching throughout the day is a good way to work on length gains without feeling as though you have to take a chunk of time out of each day just for it.
You may want to look into tension devices or a passive all day stretcher. I prefer the products from autoextender.com they are affordable and comfortable.

Welcome back :)
Seeking to create a different routine from the basics, is going to require you to check out more advanced exercises or experiment and think up some of your own. Lets face it, there are only so many ways you can stretch and squeeze your dick!!! The advanced exercises are only more intense variations of the basics!
As Crunchy suggested, you might like to look into the extenders / stretchers as a possible option ?

I agree.... Using strechers should make it lot easier, specially some of them includes special exercise program, *****for example. So if you follow this program it would be easier and you will not stop again....
What do you guys think?

There are a number of "traction devices" on the market and they are all very similar(if not identical) in looks and "mechanical workings"
They all use the same principal to succesfully lengthen the penis for most guys, ie: low intesity stretching forces applied over long periods of time.
The difference between the various sites/products would be
pricing
after purchase support
"extras" or "value adds" such as supplements, exercise programs etc etc.
Most of the guys on this site (using extenders) use the "size genetics" system and have generally posted very favourable results. I am sure that you will gain comparable results with your device if you are able to commit to to the necessary requirements of its use.

Hello thanks for the replys, i did try an extending device however i did find it abit uncomfortable (in that getting it to grab onto down there) but also its abit hard to disguise so ends up taking more time. Though recently i have been thinking about trying it again, or if not that trying somehing like that old lock thing, but it bring up the same concerns of the awkwardness of getting it to grab on and pull but not cut of bloow flow and such.
The idea of just few stretches throughout the day i like so maybe i can get that in, what do you think would be a good basic routine doesnt have to be too flashy and possibly jelq light?

You may want to try the ADS from autoextender.com it's a little more discreet, I wear it at work. It gives a stretch that actually feels very good, and isn't hard to use or conceil.
That looks interesting, it looks similar to one i have seen somewhere else, i was wondering if maybe i could try and make one myself like that
have you any experience with this device?
