I have been doing the PE exersizes for about 2 weeks. I have dabbled for months though in assorted techiques. However, last night I did a 5 minute warm up, a long schlong stretch for 7 minutes, then a good jelq for 7 minutes. This resulted in some weird swealing around the base of my head. All around under the skin there were some long line looking bumps. I have seen these before, but not as bad. Am I working out too hard? I didn't think that I was? What should I do?

Give it some time to heal. It's probably normal, I often get wierd swelling too, not in lines but just a inflated area beneath the head. It's usually gone by the next night.

Looking at your affected area now, what is its condition? If it has subsided, you should be okay to go. Just remember that in the beginning of PE, your penis probably hasn't seen the type of stimulus that you are now consistently providing it.

In order to achieve gains, you are going to have to have to be consistent in your PE, not on and off. You probably jelqued intensely at your previous session. You could probably try jelquing at a lesser intensity.

But, if you are unsure about what to do, the safest thing to do would be to take an extra day off, or extra time, to allow yourself to be physically and pyschologically ready for your next session. You don't want to feeling trepedious and hesitant, instead you want to be confident and giving each and every PE session the best effort that you can do.
