Ultimate Sex Guide Login Issues

ok, I thought I was the only one having the problem with the ultimate sex guide site, but after some digging around on this site I found other people with the same problem. I posted this in that thread but was told I was in the wrong place.... So NOW I post here hoping to finally get some real help.

I have a lifetime membership (or so i was told) and havent been able to log in at all for a looong time. Ive requested my username and password to make sure that wasnt the problem. Ive sent in numerous trouble tickets that claim to be resolved within 8 hours...

The most recent was about 10 days ago, with still no answer.

If ANYONE can help with this I would appreciate it. I love the site and would love to get access to it again.

What answers have you been getting from customer service. There should be no problem in sending you out your password details. As for responding to all tickets within 8 hours, thats just the average responce time, you should really wait for 48 hours for a responce but normally it's much quicker than that.

There are a few numbers that you can ring. There really should be no problem sending you, your details.

i have my details already... it still wont let me login even with the correct username and password, and its been over 10 days since I sent in the last ticket to ask why I cant login to the site.
