I'm a beginner. How many time a day can/should I do the begineers exercises, and also how many days per week?

If you would do some research by reading prior posts, you wouldn't ask these questions. Just to get you started, as a complete newbie do them once a day. Use a 2 on 1 off, and stick to a 10 minute routine for the first two weeks. After that you can increase things. Do a little research to get an idea of things. If you don't understand something ask some questions, but do some work first.
