just started today......good first workout....was wondering th0o i downloaded the movies and there is little difference between most of the excercises for girth and length...horizontal looks same a stretch and jelq......
is there only slight variants or wat...all looks relatively similar.

Okay, as you foray into PE, you will come across variations of the basic exercises for length and girth. There will be slight modifications that will procure a slightly different result arrived at in different ways.
As you begin working out, you will learn how your penis will feel after a workout. You will learn all about intensity, stretching, squeezing, and the like. You will also learn about how to listen to how your penis feels, and be able to recognize when the need arises to take an extra day off.
Just as important as the exercises themselves is your lifestyle too! Eating a healthy diet, along with adequate rest, and a healthy lifestyle will only serve to have and further the positive benefits and results for you!
PE is an exciting "science"; it isn't science, yet it is, so to speak!
You should also realize that with respect to gains, everybody is different. Some people may realize gains in a shorter time period than others. And each person's individual circumstances will vary, too! However, with the right attitude, determination, patience, and desire, you will achieve and succeed in reaching your goals.
