Well Hello,

I have just signed up with penis-health and am quite exited. Now, this is not the first time I have noticed a program for penis enlargement.
I don't want to embarrass myself, but I'll give you the background. I had lost my virginity about 3 years ago with a woman(29) (who turned out to be using me for my car and to help her move). I didn't complain, but I never saw her again and all I could think of was: "I hope I don't get off in uhhhm, ten seconds next time!"
So, a year and a half later I meet this girl I work with, I find out she is a single mother my age and extremely horny. There was no question to whether or not I would get laid so I had a few days to think about it (before I would go see her). Well, I got myself so nervous and worried about performance, what she'll say at work, blah, blah, blah, that when it came down to it I didn't get off in "ten seconds", I didn't get it up! I didn't know what to think so I went to the internet.
Ends up, from reading a little I found out this has happened to quite a few guys for various reasons, but that didn't make me feel much better. That night I found a rip-off of penis-health and have been trying every since.
Now I have a GF (everything works fine) all the problems from before were psychological and they're solved but my penis in the last year and a half has gained maybe 1/2".
The old company showed jelq's, PC, and basically a stretch. I'de do these things for 2-3 months then quit for a month or two. I was half-assing it, have to admit it. I did gain though, I was at 5 3/4" before starting any program and I just measured to start penis-health's program and am 6 1/4-1/2. I notice that when I stop the exercises my penis goes back to its original length though. Penis-health claims that the results are permenant, I don't doubt this but why is it not permenant for me. The exercises I do are almost the same thing, I do a jelq in 3-4 sec not 10 sec, I stretch but not 4-5 times for 10-15 sec more like 10 sec then pause for 10-20, and I never warmed up well before. I would just shake it and massage it until it seemed to be relaxed and have enough blood flow.
Would these little things make the results not stick?
Also, I did not have a routine that I followed exactly, I would go longer sometimes and then would use variations of the exercises.
I don't plan on keeping my bad habits, but I would like to know why my penis is bigger, as if the Carp. C(forgot the name, you know though) has expanded, but then will shrink to normal when stopping the exercises. Its like it's bigger because it is stretched out but the muscles never rebuild, maybe I'm stretching but not tearing the ligaments/muscles. I don't know

Either way, I noticed that it gets quiet around here sometimes and I just felt like talkin. Maybe someone can benefit or find comfort by reading this(like I did when I figured out I wasn't the only person in the world to not rise to the occasion).

Thanks for such a great place

P.S. I know I'm new, but please don't stop the contests. You want responses, he he he.

Welcome to the forum passive_smoker.

Well, right there is a clue! Are you a smoker? If you are, then this is an area that might be affecting your gains in a more negative fashion than positive. We know that the nicotine contained in cigarettes has a vasoconstricting effect on the blood vessels and capillaries. This causes a reduced bloodflow capability in your penis, and is often a culprit in forms of impotence that men may experience.

Well, you have come to the right place. It is here where you begin your PE career anew and determined to achieve your goals and success. We will be here to encourage and assist you in achieving your goals. The support is here for you to lean upon.

Give yourself a great start by reading the exercises and viewing the clips, and associated and related information. Even though you may, or may not, it depends, have come across the exercises, it is a good idea to refresh yourself on the basics and any new variations that you may not know of. You may learn of a new technique!

And then start!

And let us know how you do, eh? :)

Yes, I know that smoking while doing PE is like putting a little sugar in the gas tank(not enough to kill the car), but then wiping the leather interior so as to have a good car. I am trying to quit. I'm only 21 so that shouldn't be to hard, so I thought.

Either way, I haven't responded in a while because the night I left the post was the night I signed up with penishealthinstitute. The next time I tried to log on, after family vacation, I had forgot my user name. It was my name with 4 or 5 numbers afterward, their choice since mine was taken, and I forgot to write it down because I thought I changed it to something else. Now the problem is that I can't e-mail them because you have to log on just to do that.
I've looked on the page with the members option along with all the info for non-members and have found no way to e-mail them nor have I found a place for members who forgot their user name. I know this is all my fault, but for paying fifty bucks, I ought to be able to forget my user name once.
If anyone can help me, I would appreciate it greatly.

On the other hand, I've used the routine suggested from penishealthinstitute, roughly doing them with what I remember from the first night I saw it. I will say that they corrected many techniques that I had seen before or had grown into the habit of doing. Along with the many things that I learned in your archives I think that I can acheive in a couple of months what I have in the last year and a half. I can see why some people think that this program is full of it, you can do all the exercises in the world, but if you miss a couple of small things here and there or you don't understand what these exercises are doing then you can fail miserably. The other side of the coin is that by correcting the "couple of small things here and there" and knowing what your doing, it seems to me, that you can not fail.
Thanks for making these things available to us.

Once again, any help with contacting penishealthinstitue would be great.
Thanks in advance

One of the reasons why your gains are not permanent is probably because you are stopping cold turkey.

Look at the link to stopping the program. it's in the list of excercises. I think this may be the trickiest part of the program but it is important in keeping you gains.

Also there is an excercise called toning it up, also to help keep your gains when you have reached your goal.

Also the warm up and the cool down are essential, if this was not mentioned in other programs then they were not worth the money.

good luck

I wouldn't exactly call it failing miserably! Instead, look at it as an opportunity to learn more about the techniques; and having more knowlege means having the ability to put yourself in a situation where, in this case, minimizing potential mistakes which might lead to a waste of your time thinking that you are doing the exercises correctly. In other words, where before you think you know, as to now you know you know! Makes quite a difference, really! :)

the only reason I said "fail miserably" was because I recieved an e-mail from you that was basically defending yourselves against an opinionated post. The guy wined about how the program was probably all a scam and the pictures fake. I guess I just wanted to chime in and give my two bits on the subject of why people "fail miserably" and think PE is a scam.

BTW can anyone help me with the problem I mentioned before.
I could do the routine alot better if I could see how I am supposed to do it. All I want is a way to get a hold of penishealthinstitute.
Please Help

Thanks in advance.

Passive_smoker, I haven't sent you any e-mail! You recieved an e-mail from someone else!

It is a fundamental right whereby people are allowed to express their thoughts without fear of being persecuted, within reason, of course! And it is also equally important there be rebuttals to completely and wholly investigate topics being discussed; having two sides to a story so that people can make an informed opinion.

People can say what they want, but in my opinion, what matters most to me is the experience that a person attains through doing something, whatever it may be, as opposed to just someone expressing their views on, again, whatever it may be, when they themselves have yet to go through with the experience!

And there will undoubtly be some cases where people have failed! And I would probably say it would be due to lack of committment, lack of preserverance, lack of time, effort, or whatever.

These people probably expect to see significant results with little effort on their part; and when they see that it would actually involve, on their part, hard work, preserverance, patience, committment, determination, then they say it is "not working" for them, and they give up!

Nothing comes easy! PE takes hard work! For those who are willing to grind it out, will see results and achieve the success that awaits them! :)
