View Full Version : Help with some conflicting instructions!!

I just started my "custom workout" provided by Penis Health and am a bit confused. Darren Beale made it a point to make sure I was always lubed up but for some of the excercises, the opposite is instructed. Any feedback, guys? also, he mentioned not to stretch on the days I work-out at the gym, huh?!?!? He said to do the cock workout 3 days on and one off, but then since I workout the body three dys a week...see where I'm going? So,any input regarding the information I received would be greatly appreciated!

on the exercises shich need lube then lube very well that is what i meant, 3 days on and day off is the best way... If you go to the gym then PLEASE make sure your body is taking the correct amount of calories in because a lower amount than needed will affect your gains.

People often neglect diet in their health. Just as going to the gym and working out your body, you are also working out your penis with PE. They both result in cellular breakdown.
And in order for new growth to occur, the body must go in and do its repairs to the broken down cells. After the body has repaired these broken down cells, then can you add new growth.
The two operate on the same concept whereby growth is obtained through exercises. And allowing for a healthy diet, one that provides the necessary amounts of calories and nutrients to procure the healing stage, will only give you a better chance at realizing success than a poor or neglected diet.
