Hey guys. Its been about three and a half months since I started PE and I know thats a relatively short amount of time, but it seems as if I'm making more girth gains than length at this point. I'm wondering if there's something I can do to jump start my lenght gains while staying consistant with girth. I've been following the routines outlined on the site and I'm on the intermediate portion. I took a week off per advice from here and came back a little less intense than before. Should I simply do more lenght exercises, should I try to incorporate some advanced streches in my routine, or should I just quiet down and be more patient?

It might be more helpful to the guys to give you some advice if you post your current routine?
As a general rule though, it may be worthwhile to add in a stretch to your routine, and see how it works out for you. If you've been PEing for 3 months now, you should be beginning to geta feel for the exercises, and how they work for you, so experiment, and see how you get on.:)

Well, I've pretty much just been following the routines on the website. I went through the beginners routine for about two months, then moved on to the intermediate. I have a good feel for the exercises and I'm confident that I'm doing them right. I just thought that maybe there was something I could do to supplement the streching exercises.

Jade is correct, it would help if you would give us some details. When you want to move beyond intermediate routines the Advanced Forum is rather useful. But still there is some variability in the intermediate. Spell out your routine in terms of exercise, reps, and seconds. Then we can give you some ideas.

Ok...I've been using either the 20-25 minute intermediate routine which is as follows...
warm up - 3mins
long shlong heli - 6mins
jelq and hold - 8mins
power strech - 4mins
horizontal movement - 3mins
warm up 1min
PC flexes - whenever
After a few weeks of this I was given the advice to take a week off, which I did and on that week break I read an article on how Big Al made substantial gains by using only streches and squeezes. I decided to give it a try to see how it would work and I've been doing it consistantly for about a week or two now.

It would probably be helpful to mention that I do 10 minutes worth of streching (long shlong) holding each strech for 30 seconds, and 10 minutes of squeezes, holding for 5 seconds.
