when we read the average penis size (5-6)inch this is the BPEL or NBPEL measurement, and why we measure the BPEL, is the lenght under the fat pad can be used in the intercourse, i noticed that i have 1 inch plus difference btw BPEL and NBPEL but is this 1 inch usable or make difference in size?

I believe that the BPEL is a technical, medical measurement. As such, it measures the length of the penis starting at the pubic bone and extending outward. The NBPEL is really a measurement of the "useable" penis when it comes to intercourse. Some PE'ers prefer to measure NBPEL. It's up to preference. I also think most of the statements of "average' size are based on BPEL, but I'm sure some studies deviate and use NBPEL. Hope this helps, and maybe a veteran can back me up or correct any mistakes?

BPEL is the useable measurement. Measuring BP is more constant and allows for variables like fat gain/loss and water retention.

Short of surgery, you're not going to be able to remove the fat around your penis exclusively. Diet and exercise will reduce your bodyfat levels so that you'll get a better NBP measurement (also making your flaccid hang appear longer).

Just to add a comment to what Big Al just said, Spot Reducing is one of the biggest lies in the diet business. It cannot happen from a physical point of view. When your body consumes more fat than it takes in, the consumption occurs throughout your body. If you ever lost a bunch of weight, you would notice that you lost size in your belly, your fingers, your feet, your legs, everywhere! Fortunately not in your dick, no fat cells there. But as Big Al said some of it would also be from your fat pad. Which of course will cause the visual appearance of a larger dick.

sorry to pump this here again, i post it in another reply, but since we are here i thought it will be better to place it in this thread.

Regarding the pubic fat, i'm not used to be fat or overweight, but i'm a bodybuilder and have some good shape, unfortunatly i dont do any of legs or abdo exercises since i dont have that big fat in stomach, i'm 171 cm height and 75 kg weight, but eventhough i realized that i have a 1 inch under the pubic coushion, and some scruntum wrinkles arround the down base, all of these made the flaccid length looks smaller, i decided finally to complete my training exercises and exepend it to cover legs and abdo if this help, and if any cream or product name can hel reduce or break the fat please let me know, need the help badly.

just to be sure, when we measure the BPEL, wich is bone press, u press the ruler on the side of the penis to hit the bone, and measure to the top, usually the rulers start by
1 cm far from the base, should this 1 cm be calculated too in the lenght or not?

Good luck with that. Chance are, you'll spend a lot of money on useless gels that do nothing but make the area warmer.

Measure with the ruler ON TOP of your penis. You start measuring from the beginning of the ruler.

Please refrain from double posting!

It means that they're 5 foot 11 inches in height, 175 pounds in weight, and have a 9 inch long penis.

I differ with part of your statement. You use the word "useable". It is my belief that we are able to use more length than what we see as NBPEL. It is the reason why my X-wife didn't like me pounding and grinding into her til I felt her against my pubic bone. She just got more length than she wanted.

Our fat pad does restrict our useable length but certainly not completely.

I agree 100%.
Most of the drawbacks of the fat pad have to do with the visual aspect---it may well make our dicks look an inch or so shorter in some cases, but that doesn't mean that it automatically eliminates an inch of 'useable' length.

As Loggerhead pointed out, thrusting can allow one's fat pad to be 'squished' or pushed in towards their body and moved out of the way, thus allowing the 'hidden' part of our dicks (i.e. the part covered by the fat pad) to be fully utilized during intercourse...if not 'fully,' then pretty damn close to it.

To claim that whatever length isn't 'seen' (i.e. hidden beneath the fat pad) must not be 'useable' during intercourse is completely misleading.
