due to limitations in privacy i can only hang 3 days a week,
mon, wed, and fri
so if i hang on those days and rest other days is that good enough?
i was planning on hanging in all directions but splitting it up something like this,
over the leg left and right for one week(m, w, f) and up and down for the next (m, w, f)
in the fall i will be able to hang 5 days a week, (m, t, w, th, f)
what to you guys think, i've made girth gains before doing only mon, wed, fri
think it can work for hanging?

that sounds like a good plan man, you dont have to do it everyday, just be steady and patient
