I have been doing PE for about two weeks now. I started out with 3 days on 1 day off then 2 days on 1 day off. I start out with a 5 min warmup, horizontal movement, 8min standard jelqu,8min jelqu and hold 4min, PC stretch and then cool down for 5 min.

When i am done my tool looks like it is more swollen in the sensetive area right below the glan and a little but below.

I do have two( thanks to PE) prominent veins along both sides of my shaft.

Could it be the veins or is the spongy coporus cavernosa near the end of the jelqu gettng more development then the base of my shaft.

This is not something that i would like. I would like even development through out the whole shaft. A mushroom head is fine. I just want an even shaft.

Well, check to see if you are applying an even pressure throughout the jelq exercises. Sometimes the tendency would be to increase the pressure as you near the end of your jelq repetition.

Give yourself a little more time to see what you are shaping out to be, and then give your opinion on the exercises.

It is hard to predict, really, about the approximate time period for when a person can see results. You have seen results already; your penis is developing a more efficient transport system for blood circulation.

Personally, I give myself a good 8 weeks, a couple more maybe; it all depends on if a routine is yielding you results! If a routine in fact is yielding results for you, then it's a good idea to keep using that particular routine until otherwise.

And as you know by now, everybody with respect to gains is different from one another when it comes to "crossing the finish line" so to say! Except that there never is a finish line, really! This, of course, is an individual preference!

But, if you really feel that what you are doing for your PE exercises is not working, then it is time to substitute newer ones, or rearrange your exercises or times, or whatnot. Then you can experiment!

Let us know how it goes.
