so the rule to on and off days are 3 days on, 1 off, 2 days on, 1 off, or 2 on, 1 off, 3 on, 1 off, and so on...

but, we can also do them after 8hours, like do 2 in one day. so, i was just wondering can we do 2 in one day and have 2 days off or does it have to be only 1 day off no matter what?

my guess is long as we do 5 workouts with atleast one day break in between its ok

ex: 2 PE one day on, 2 days rest, 2 PE one day on, and 1 one day on, and 2 days rest. this is according to 1 week plan.

I'm just asking this becuase I work 12hrs a day 3-4times a week mon-thurs and have to commute 30mins and its a labor work. by the time i'm about to do PE i'm pretty beat from work.

if any of the admin can give me an answer to this that'll be awesome. I've been trying to figure this out if its ok or not and I stopped doing PE for a bit because I was doing 3 on and 4 off.. I don't think that's very effective.
thanks in advance

3-on-4-off isn't the best, that's for sure. Just doing 5 sessions per week might not cut it but let's face it, something is better than nothing. Do what you can, when you can; it won't be optimal, far from it I would guess, but at least you'll get the work in. And like I always suggest when people are pressed for time and/or privacy, go for bathroom stretches. Simply put, choose two stretches that you like and perform one 30-second stretch of each every single time you go to the bathroom. That will increase the volume of your workout and you can even do it on off days as it's not terribly taxing.

Doing double the workload in one day may lead to injury and/or overwork. Some general recommendations- Start off at three times a week. After 2 weeks, add an extra day. By the end of a month, you should be able to PE 5 times a week.

thats what i figure what both of you guys wrote. I've been on and off doing the PE not the on and off days so i'm just eager to get some gains now. but, patiences and dedication will payoff
