I was searching the site and the only exercise I could find for increasing the head (glands) to a mushroom size is the needling. On the site it says to do it with a full erection but I've been told coutless times not to do any exercises with a full erection it only hurts your gains and causes penial problems. Can somebody elaborate and help me out. Also if anybody knows any other head exercises I'd apprecite it if they could share exact instructions how to do it, what results they seen, a good routine of reps for them and what days to do them?

I've been doing some needling and it seems to work. I can see what it's doing as I do it. I haven't gotten any permanent gains that I know of but I haven't done it much.
Some excercises are ok to do while erect, just don't ever do them. If it hurts a lot then stop. You should be ok if you follow that rule.

There is a variation of a girth exercise, along the lines of it being called the squeeze, or similar to it. Here's what I do:
Get into a semi-erect state.
With one hand, perform a regular OK grip at base of penis,
and torquinette it at the bottom, trapping the blood in the
penis.
With other hand, in an overhand OK grip, with first finger and
thumb, squeeze for 5 seconds. You should see the blood
being forced upwards the shaft, causing expansion.
Next, on the same grip, squeeze your next finger around your
and squeeze this finger, as well as your beginning OK grip, for
an additional 5 seconds. So, by now, you should have been
squeezing for 10 continuous seconds.
Continue with next finger, and for an additional 5 more
seconds squeeze, and finally, with your last (pinky) finger,
squeeze this finger, as well as all other fingers for an
additional 5 seconds.
In total, you should have squeezed for 20 seconds; 20 seconds for the first finger and thumb, while only 5 seconds for the last finger.
At the end you should see your glans having been expanded more and more as you put each squeeze on with the previous squeezes.
The 5 seconds is just a number to try out. You could experiment with the times for the squeezes, it is up to you. As always, use caution and your commen sense judgement.
Try it out for a while! :)
