Hi Guys,
Am sure that it has always been guys's dream of having a HUNG cock. Same goes for me. Accidentally came across mens-network few months ago and have read though the PE techniques details. i am uncut so when i do the Stretch or Jelp, the foreskin is always moving and it causes some unpleasant feeling and pain. it is difficult to keep the foreskin down all the time. When i started to Stretch or Jelp, the first move is alright but the foreskin will follow back to the head when am doing the following steps. Is that a way to solve that? My penis is a bit sensitive so when the foreskin being pulled back too much, i will feel some pain on it.

Anyone has any good suggestion? i know it takes time to see the result but after reading some of the testimonials, it looks encouraging and i hope i wil be able to contribute my testimonial soon one day.

I recommend that uncut men hold back the skin at the base with the non-working hand when jelqing. It's an extra step to perform but it helps keep the skin fairly still and makes the exercise easier. This is just my personal experience of course but others seem to have found it a simple yet effective technique.

This is unavaoidable when stretching when uncut. Being uncut you are more sensitive and there's really no way around this. Some have used gloves/mittens to ease the abrasive feel but that's never worked for me. Just work through the pain is my advice. Or do what I did and just focus on jelqing and advanced girth work (which I'm fairly sure limited or at least delayed my length gains).
