hello. I have been on the program for 3 months. After the first month, I got .5 to my erect length. After the second month, I got less than .25 to my length. After the third month, I got no length gain. My girth increases .5 per month, however.
I am concerned that as the months go by, I will get less and less results. The first month, I worked 30 min length and 30 min girth, 2 days on and 1 day off. (The reason why it's so much work is because I am uncircumcised and it takes some time to get the exercises right.) The second month, I worked 3 days on and 1 day off. The third month, I went back to 2 days on and 1 day off.
The length exercises that I use are pulling forward or up for 15 sec. and pulling around clockwise and counter-clockwise.
My questions are, has anyone been on the program for six months or more and is still getting constant results? Has anyone experienced diminishing results like I have? What can I do to keep getting good gains? any help would be very much appreciated. thanks.
