I'll give you some insights.
I think you made a mistake by not making up your mind prior to ordering. Ask your girlfriend for the refund, since she's the one in control of the situation.

Besides, how is it you feel entitled to a refund on something you haven't even received yet? Not to mention the fact that your basis for requesting the refund is somewhat absurd.

It's like going to a car dealership, signing for a car and paying for it, and then saying "wait a minute, my girlfriend says I shouldn't have bought this, so please give me a refund."

Gimme a break. Use this whole experience as a learning lesson.

On the PSP website it states:
Terms: Use the ProSolution™ system for a minimum of 90 days and if for some unlikely reason you do not see any results then you can return your bottles within 6 months for a refund.

You haven't fulfilled the terms that you agreed to when ordering so how are you being scammed?

We do offer a cancellation period, if you cancel your order within 7 days of ordering, and have requested a refund online, we will hold the order until you contact us and confirm what you want us to do.

We do this to ensure that we are not cancelling orders from people who change their mind more than once. We do not want to have to triple our workload by cancelling something, only to have to ship it again if they change their mind again.

If you have submitted a refund/ cancellation request online, either send a ticket through the contact us option from any of our websites, email at:

support@lativio.com

or drop me a PM with your order details or email address, or full name, and I will look into this for you. Please contact us, rather than just posting a complaint on the forum.

Hi -

I have been using the psp pills and the exercises since receiving my package in late May.

To date, no results.

While I've been consistent both in using the product and in doing the exercises as recommended in the videos and product literature, I am not satisfied and am no longer willing to continue.

I contacted support in July, and did not receive any significant support or advice.

I will be requesting a refund.

All I got was a canned reply on the hoops I needed to jump through in order to get a refund.

Hi mate,
One of the hoops you would have been requested to jump through, would have been to introduce yourself on this forum and request assistance and support with the program, before going down the final road of receiving a refund.

Please, list your starting stats, routines you have followed (reps and sets) and progression sequences in the last 3+ months so that advice can be offered to you to help you achieve gains. A refund is a last resort, The products and this after purchase support forum are all here to assist men to achieve their goals ;)

Cheers
Dazz

All I got was a canned reply on the hoops I needed to jump through in order to get a refund.

Usually when asked for assistance, we will offer our help and advice if you will give the details of your routine, as requested by DazzlingDaz. We need information about what you are currently doing, in order to offer advice about what you can change in order to see better results.

Often, we will receive tickets that do not ask for help, give us no information to work with, and only state that the customer wants a refund. In these cases, we will sometimes send a simple reply as if you do not want our help, we will provide what you have asked for- the refund policy.

It can be disheartening to receive these emails, as we believe that PE works, especially if used as advised with the supplements. Usually if we receive refund requests by ticket they are from customers who have not used the PE exercises as we advise, do not want to put in the effort, and will not believe that if they stick at the program they will see results.

Alternatively, they will be from customers who believe that 5 minutes a day jelqing with no progression to more advanced exercises will give them an increase of 3" in a few months.

We are always happy to offer our advice on routines, as all here are- we just want you to get the results almost as much as you do!

Sorry about the long post- but as I said, it can be frustrating:o

What routines are you doing? How has your exercise routine changed since you started using the PSP and exercises? How long per day do you exercise? When do you have rest days, and how many?

Please give us some information to work with, and we may be able to help.:sm16
