I've known what the PC muscle is and have indirectly worked it out while doing a shitty excuse for a PE routine over the last year. (somebody got 35 bucks out of me for it) But I don't have a set way to work it out. From what I hear it is a great part of PE, can anyone give me a rough explanation of a normal routine?

A very basic routine could probably be doing about 100 PC flexes a day, to start; either all done at once, or split into sets, if you like. You can either flex (squeeze) and hold for a 3 count, for example, or just perform them as a series of quick continuous flexes, one after another.
Bear in mind, that 100 is just a number to begin with. If you feel that you could devote more reps for the PC training, then, go ahead, it's up to you!
After you are comfortable doing PC flexes after awhile, by this time, I am going to bet the horses and say that you will probably develop your own PC routine! By now, you would probably know what is/are effective method(s) for you!
But, you definitely can't argue with the benefits of having a well trained and developed PC muscle!

I strated off doing 100 that I would hold insensely for 3 seconds each. It was a pretty tough workout but I got bored with it.
So I switches to quick continuous flexs, but I do 1000 of them. It doesn't take as long as you think. I do 10 sets of 100.

thanks alot Xolotl, that was what I was looking for. since I've been indirectly doing them before, I know how to tense the muscle and everything. I just didn't know how many or whatever.
And Tigerbartlett, no, you can't argue with that.

Thanks, I am probably capable of doing more than 1000 now. I just get bored with it. I really need to keep it going because I am benifiting from it is a very big way.

Well, if a routine becomes boring, then it is a definite sign to jazz it up to make it more exciting!
This could entail performing the exercise in a different fashion, such as slowly squeezing and holding your PC muscle tighter and tighter every subsequent 20 seconds for approximately a minute.
Or, squeezing and holding as tight as possible for 10 seconds at a time, for simulation of preventing ejaculation, for desired repetitions!
Or, doing 500 PC flexes, in sets of 5, and squeeze every repetition for a 3 second count, and at every 10th repetition, squeeze and hold for a 15 second count, or whatever you desire, and at the 100th repetition, squeeze and hold for 1 minute!
There are many, individualized PC routines! You will have to develop one that will suit yourself! :)
