Anyone else having problems logging on to the P H website?! I have been locked out for 2 weeks now (I am told that my user name/ID is wrong(it isn't!!)
I have sent 3 e-mails and made 1 phone call (from China!) but the problem is still not resolved. As I have only been on the programme for 1 month, with no visible signs of improvement, I am keen to progress with the excercises - but what to do if I can't log on?!?!

We have recently upgraded the security on the PenisHealth website, as there were large amounts of people accessing it without buying their membership like the genuine people here.;)

If you have received membership to PenisHealth as a bonus with an order of products from Lativio, you need to make sure that you are logging in through the website where you placed your original order.

You also need to be sure that you have cookies enabled on your internet options. If you are logging in through the right website, have cookies enabled, please check that your security and content settings are allowing the site, and that your anti-spyware/ firewall software is not interfering with access.

If you have tried all of these with no success, then please click this link:

and email the resulting information to

cs@lativio.com

This will give us more information to give to our technical team so they can investigate the problem.:)

Problem has now been sorted for mikwil123, if anyone else has the same problem, please check all the points in the post above, cookies, security etc.

In addition, if you use AOL, it may be worth trying logging in through Internet Explorer, as we are experiencing some trouble with AOL at the moment.

If none of this helps, and the website still asks you to log in again and again, please use the link above, and send the results to CS@lativio.com so we can investigate.

Is it possible that your ISP is blocking access to certain sites? That's very probable in countries with stricter internet censorship laws.
