I keep seeing that smoking is no good for this, and I am quitting but what about a joint a day or something like that, is that not good for your gains or what?

I dunno about joints, it's not nicotine which is the problem with smoking cigarettes

But THC does have adverse sexual effects.

I smoke and seem to be gaining fine, would probably be doing better if I quit. But the only way to me to quit is by using the patch. The patch gives you nicotine, which is the reason to quit
