I was wondering what kind of heating pads people use, specifically the brand name, cost, and where you can buy it. Also, are there any heating pads that are completely electric, such that I can do a warm-up and warm-down without leaving my room? I know some require using the microwave or other things.

Try www.unique-heat.com. I am not affiliated with that site. I'm posting that link because it's the only heating pad that I know of created specifically for PE.
I bought a gel heating/cooling pad from walmart for about $8. Its 5x9in. I put a fabric cover around it. Works fine for me. Heat time 50-55sec in microwave.

While the two previously mentioned pads seem like they will work well, they both require a microwave. I was more specifically looking for something which i could use without having to leave my room for privacy issues. Anyone know of anything that would work for me?
