I have recently changed my PE routine to
length one night
girth one night
rest
repeat....
I've considered adding more volume: like this...
length one night
girth one night
repeat...
and then rest
so basically i'm doing 4 days a week and considering going to 6. Has anyone noticed good gains from this particular routine; concentrating on one girth one night then length the next??

I'm all for splitting routines but something I've learned over the years is that rest isn't as important as one would think. I much prefer doing both on the same day, still splitting though, and working almost every day (currently I'm on 5-on-2-off, somtimes 6-on-1-off).

What do you do on each day?

length day-
-warm up
- 30 second stretch to the front, 30 second stretch to each side x's 6
- 10 second stretch to the front, 10 second stretch upward and 10 second clockwise/counterclockwise stretch x's 6
I was previously just pulling on my penis and not trying to feel the ligaments stretch. I have been pulling harder so there is enough tension that i feel i have to be careful of how much MORE i put on to avoid injury( obviously i'm going to be more careful than anyone else would stretching my dick this intensely because it's mine..) make sense??
I'm never sore the next day, i just feel "looser" right after stretching..
Girth day-
-warm up
100 or so jelqs done very intensely with a pc flex at the end of each
5 pump and holds.. gorge the penis with blood and edge, just before ejaculation, pc flex and base grip the penis with a tight grip behind the head squeeze very hard for 30 seconds.
It usually takes 20-25 minutes to do each workout, i split them up b/c.. like in bodybuilding if you have a lacking part it's best to 1) do it first (which isn't possible in my given situation since the only 2 parts are both lacking... ) or 2) work the bodypart at a seperate time to focus all intensity and technique on that part alone.
