Have you guys heard about push--outs as part ot the Pc exercises? there is a book by alan Brauer called ESO and talks about this--what is the advantage or difference then holding.

Probably a reverse kegel to me. I bet there are some benifits to this. i should try PC in a back and forth motion, might get a better workout. Just make sure bladder and bowels are empty.

RV's supposedly release the defense mechanism of the body to "hold onto" whatever may be pulled "off", in this case, the ligaments, allowing for an increased stretch capability.

Answered you on your last question but it came up with my tread--don't know how to directly answer--rather computer illeterate--sorry.. the push-out ----bear down moderately as if forcing out urine or bowel---i find hard to do--and would prefer to skip unless has some sort of added benefits.
