Hey guys I could use some advice, ideas, and some good old fashioned know-how. At the end of the week I'm taking a week off from all PE, then I plan to come back and start on the advanced program. I went through basic, intermediate, and spent a month doing just basic streches and squeezing to break up the monotony of the workouts given on the site. My first issue is that I'd really like to start adding some noticable length. My flaccid length has improved, but not so much erect. Is there any advice or ideas that you guys have considering this situation? Any paritcular excersice I should focus on? Also, to prevent orgasm wait until you're almost there, stop, squeeze the PC and when the sensation goes away, keep going. That works fine for me except that when I start back up again I'm at just about the same level of sensitivity and have to stop again almost immediately after. Is this more of a mental thing or should I just keep exercising the PC?
I've been at this about 4 months now and I've seen differences, so I plan to continue forward. Maybe I just gain slower than some guys...??

Thanks again!

I would maybe try a tension device for length. I prefer the Autoextender over the SG device due to the clamshell head (which is safer for your glands.)

Can you clarify on "start back up again"? Do you mean you stop the exercises for awhile and then resume, or are you talking about stopping during the session?

What I meant by that was If I'm having sex and I feel myself getting close to orgasm I'll stop all stimulation, squeeze the PC and wait until it subsides. Once the urge goes away I'll resume stimulation, but I'll be at the same level of high sensitivity (feeling like I'm going to release) that I was at just before I stopped and squeezed the PC so I'll have to stop and squeeze again almost immediately.

Thanks

You're not going to get rid of that sensitivity too easily. You can try not moving for a bit. You may even switch to an activity that doesn't involve your penis for awhile.
