hey all. i've altered my workout a bit in hopes of accomplishing a couple things. here's what i'm doing:

warm up, stretching, then...

jelq x20, x30, x30
squeeze x10 (10 sec each)
jelq x30, x30
squeeze again x10 (12 sec each)
jelq x30, x30
squeeze again x10 (15 sec each)
jelq x30

maybe 4 or 5 slammers or ulis

cool down in the shower

here are the problems i was having:

1) no girth gains. that's enough to take more action.

2) i have really long fingers, and not a ton of penis girth, so jelqing has proven to be extremely strenuous on my fingers--bending and pulling on the ligs in my knuckles like that. by squeezing then jelqing, i find that it adds some extra girth and makes it much easier on my hands to do more effective jelqing.

anyone see anything wrong with this girth workout? does it seem like too much? i feel like i'm brutalizing my dick, but it will hopefully turn into some results. it hasn't caused any injuries, either.

on a separate note, and this must be on the forum somewhere--but is it ok to split up girth and length workouts on different days?

thanks!

Alternating the jelqs and squeezes is a fine approach. One thought, I know that Big Al suggested that the squeeze should be for 5 seconds and a goal would be 50 reps. Your doing 30 reps with much longer hold times. I'm guessing here, but I really don't think that there is much additionsl expansion in seconds 6 to 10. I think that more reps in the 5 second hold would have more effect. I think that ulis and definitely slammers are better at the finish so I agree with your placement of those exercises. It looks like it should work just think about what I said about the Squeeze.

The routine may not be the problem- the problem may be with your performance of the exercises. You HAVE to get a good deal of compression going in order for the jelqs and squeezes to work. That may require that you work on your technique and maybe even your finger stamina.

I agree.
The girth routine that I have been following, although it is much lower in volume than yours, is very intense. It has taken me some time to build up to this level.

Just know that I have gained half an inch in girth in the last couple months doing way less in terms of volume than you seem to be doing.

Like Turtle and Big Al said, intensity is key. Doing lots of work without doing it right is often a waste of time. I highly recommend cutting your volume way down, and just concentrate on getting everything done with the proper amount of intensity. You can always add in more later once you've mastered the intensity part.

hey guys. thanks for the advice.

as far as intensity goes, i squeeze the thing and it's fairly painful and turns beat red and i get the little dots that everyone talks about. each jelq i do is very consistent and i must have enough blood to make it worth while. if i lose a bit of my erection, i stare at the porn until it gets up enough so that it hangs down, but points up about 30-45 degrees when i do a kegel. that way i feel like i'm ensuring enough blood since i can see my head fill up. then i get some pretty intense shit happening. i'm afraid to tell the truth that it does kind of hurt for fear that ya'll will yell at me! :-P just kidding. it does get a bit painful, but no injuries. i'm definitely conditioned for advanced stuff at this point. any comments? does that sound like i'm doing it right? it really feels like it. it's been 4 hours since my workout and i'm still pretty puffed up. it's just that in the morning, things will be back to normal.

bigvine--i'm going to read your entire progress tracking thread. we have roughly the same goals for growth. problem is, you're doing better than me! for now....mwa ah ah!

big al--
i just started this routine like a week or two ago. so i haven't really been doing it long enough to see if it's working or not. switching to this routine has helped get me engorged more quickly so it is easier on my fingers and also allows me to get better compression since it's bigger after the first set of squeezes. i'll try this for a while and see what happens. i'm not too worried about the time it takes since my schedule is pretty lax at the moment--now's a good time to dig in! i'll let you know how it works.
thanks again all.
