Hey guys, what's up? I just registered to this forum, and I wanna start off by complaining about how much penis-health exaggerates about the results that can be achieved!
7-10 minutes a day,and results will be seen in a couple of weeks!
... BULLSHIT!!!!
That is straight out lying!!!! I have been on the program for a month and a half now,and haven't noticed ANY gains whatsoever!
And I have been doin the excersises for an hour each night!
Phew, okay,I feel a lot better now that I've gotten that off my chest! Anybody else having problems getting results?
Oh,and by the way, I WILL keep on excersising in spite of my weak start. The only PE site that I've ever even considered seriously IS Penis Health... so I don't want to bad mouth it... I guess they have to give unrealistic promises about the effectiveness of their program if they want customers at all!

Hello, Shafty84, welcome to the forum!
Firstly, you are going to have to help us out by providing some information, which we can then help you out! Such as just what specific exercises that you are performing, your routine schematics involving duration of exercises, number of repetitions, your shedule, things of that nature.
You stated that you exercise for 1 hour nightly. Do you mean to say that you don't take any time off (days off) to heal and recuperate? Rest days are vitally important! Overtraining usually has the capabilities to impede your results!

Thanx for bothering to answer Tigerbartlett, and please excuse my aggressive demeanor :o !
I'm just a bit frustrated with the lack of results...but once I really start seeing them I'm sure my motivation will skyrocket!
The routine I was following for the past four weeks is this:
-Warmup for 3 minutes with hot towel
-Long Schlong 5 minutes
-Jelq 8 minutes
-Double hand 4 minutes
-horizontal movement for girth 4 minutes
-warmdown
This week I've changed my routine to the following:
-Warmup
-Long schlong heli 6 minutes
-Jelq & hold 8 minutes
-horizontal movement 4 minutes
-warmdown
I have been doing a 2 days on 1 day off cycle, but plan to start doing three days on one off. And when I stated earlier that my workouts took one hour I included all the relaxation & massage periods and general preparations that add to the time it takes to complete the task at hand.
My objectives are to gain length and girth (current measurements 6 inches erect length and almost 4 erect girth). My sexual stamina and such don't necessarily need improvement,so I'll just focus on the excersises that increase the overall size of my johnson.
So tell me doc, what am I doing wrong?

Pardon me...I meant to say my measurements are 6'' length and almost 5'' girth... I have a centimeter measuring band and I got confused with it!

Do you do the PC excercises? Those help a lot. This way when your tool is larger your PC muscle can pump in enougth blood to fill it. I definately get harder now than I used to since I started doing them.

I have been doing them...although not regularly. You see, right now I'm taking zoloft for the "blues",and it weakens my sex drive (which is normally just fine). It also causes some erection problems...I seem to have a hard time getting fully pumped,so to speak. This makes it hard to do the PC flexes properly, and it also causes problems with some of the other exercises as well.
Do you think that the Zoloft could be the reason my gains have been so minimal?

Some medications have abnormal sexual side effects, such as what you may be going through!
And people will realize gains at different rates of progression when compared to other people.
How's your lifestyle? Have a look at your lifestyle. Diet plays an important role in PE. So does having adequate sleep, and rest days off for healing and recuperation. If you smoke, it would be a good idea to try and limit it, or quit altogether. There could be many reasons. The challenge, in conjunction with PE, is to optimize the conditions for realizing gains and achieving success!
Try your routine out for a few weeks, since you have changed it from your previous routine, and see what happens then.

Actually my lifestyle is quite healthy. I'm a bodybuilder (or hoping to be one some day:) ),so I have to focus on eating healthy foods, getting enough sleep and staying away from smoking and alcohol.

It's most likely the Zoloft, If it prevents full erection it may be your problem. Although I cannot in good conscience suggect an alternativeZoloft is one of the Safer meds. Others have worse side effects in other departments. I know prozac is no good for PE either.

Wonder what I should do then? Stop taking Zoloft, grow a big penis and sink back into depression...OR continue with the medication and forget about PE. Damn. Whatta dilemma.
I'm supposed to stay on the meds for another three months or so...but I'd really want to gain, say an inch before summer. Do you guys know of any supplement or whatever that could counter the libido loss brought on by the zoloft?

You could try the PSP pills. Not sure if they have any bad interaction with Zoloft. I don't think Zoloft is a MAOI so that's a good thing.
You have a terrible dilemma in front of you. I uffered from depression for 7 years before I overcame it. I took prozac for 2 days and quit because of the side effects. My shrink wanted to put me on Zoloft because she thought it was less adverse on the sex drive.
I told her to please turn off my sex drive, so I got prozac.
Hmm not sure what to tell you. Perhaps pills that make you harder are the answer to counter pills that make you softer. But I am no doctor and really can't give you a good opinion.
