Hello,

Just starting out, and this board has been very informative on technique etc.

Background to my question ; I was urinating the other day and tried doing some PC reps at the same time. At first it was quite hard to hold back but as the bladder emptied it was easier and easier. As I drink quite a bit a water during the day I was able to get about 40 reps in. Is this dangerous? I am of the mind set that it might be like adding extra weight to your PC exercise.

thanks for any feed back:confused:

Hello swesso - Welcome to the Mens-Network Forum.

You may do PC exercises any time it is convenient for you...even during urination. It is safe to do wherever and whenever you want to. PC exercise will help you develop better control over your orgasms as well as help with increased gains in your penis.

So knock your socks off, and do it whenever you like.

Good luck.

Does anyone else have some good advice for our friend?

PC while urinating is perfectly safe, in fact it's a good habit to get into if you can never remember to do them. this way you'll get some reps in every time you pee.

I read somewhere to just use your PC muscle to stop the urine flow completely on and off. My only problem with this is that it would take me quite a while to empty my bladder this way.

I usually do 1000 reps before I fall asleep in bed.

PC exercises has many benefits.

You will get a more productive workout if you do them stationary, rather than when mobile, as all the interconnecting muscles and bodily motion, when in motion, tends to be the forerunner in your focus and you won't be able to (at least in my experience) devote your attention specifically to them! You will still be doing PC flexes, however, just not as intensely as could be done when immobile, like sitting in a chair, or standing at a countertop, for example.

Maybe some people don't have this problem, but I get the most out of them by just staying in a spot, rather than doing them in motion!
