New User, Needs help!

Hi, I am a new user who just started ordered VIG-RX and would like to ask people for help on PE techniques and any info you have about the pill, what can I expect, and what I should do. It would be a great honor to the welcomed into your community, so we all together can get results.

WEll, I haven't started any excercises,

I used to use the jelq, but I need info on some techniques about the excercises.

Have you looked at the excercise section of the website? It has everything you could possibly want to know about the Jelq and everything else.

If you have a specific question about an excercise just ask. But please be specific.

Smif-n-wessun, it would be of great benefit to yourself by getting off to the right start if you review The Exercises and view the video clips. By viewing the video clips, you will be able to visually see how the techniques are to be performed correctly; in this manner, you will also lessen the likelihood of getting an injury!

Understanding the how-to's of the exercises, and the underlying reasons for them, can only serve to allow you to proceed safely and with confidence! :)
