View Full Version : Tracking Number never recieved...

To whom it may concern:
I ordered 3 PSP on friday, and that same day i sent an email inquiring about my tracking number. I recieved a ticket number to my question, and a reply wasnt posted until about 2-3 days later from Emma. In the reply, she told me that when the product was shipped, i would automatically recieve an email with my tracking number. Today is the 5th day after the day i placed the order, and as of yet i have not recieved a tracking number in my email. I have been checking my junk email folder as well, and i paid the 20 dollar fee for the UPS guaranteed tracking at least 5 day delivery service. Could somebody please get back to me to as to how i can either get my tracking number, or a refund for the 20 dollar fee because the service i paid for never actually happened. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Have you tried calling Lativio's customer service number? You'll get faster results that way.

You are absolutely right as far as calling would give me faster results. The number is long distance, and today i had no time, but tomarrow i'll give a call around mid-day to see whats up. I sent a question to support@lativo.com (same as post) and theres a 17 hour waiting response...My last question was an 8 hour wait which took 2-3 days, so yeah Big Al i'm gonna call tomarrow and see whats going on with my order. I'll keep you posted. Thanks for reply

Hello Boogieman,

As I stated, Tracking numbers are sent once the products are despatched. I have sent this to you, via a response to the ticketing system as your product has now been despatched. :)

The 5 day delivery runs from the date the product is despatched, not from when you order. As it was despatched on Monday, it may take up to Friday for the product to arrive.

I apologise for the delay in our response. Monday was a National Bank Holiday in England, and we were trying to clear the backlog of tickets throughout Tuesday and Wednesday as quickly as we could :)

Awesome excellent customer service. Thank you emma for your quick response. No wonder my response that day took forever! My product should be here in town already and i should get it some time later on today via the UPS service i paid for. Thanks once again for the tracking number and the quick response, i couldnt of made arrangements for someone to recieve the package if it wasnt for you guys.
To anybody out there who ever has tracking number problems, contact customer service directly. It works.
