Hey guys,
After my workout which consisits of stretching, jelq, Ferrari trio and sometimes some Pwer Jelq use my penis which i believe should hang heavy for some time after goes back to its normal state within 5 mins, sometimes even smaller than before i had started exercises!!!!!
Has anyone any explanation to this and does this mean i am not completing a good workout???
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Mine hangs large and heavy into the next day. That is if I don't mastrubate to orgasm aftarwards.

I usually do it for an hour or so though. So that may be the reason mine lasts.

Seba10, how long are your PE routines? Are you performing at high intensities?

You can definitely overtrain!

Yep tigerbarlett,
my workouts can be pretty intense and last approx 40 mins with a combination of length and girth exercises. Although my penis maintains some girth it just basically shrivels up as far as length is concerned!!! I have not been doing my PC flexes so regularly but i'm now aiming for 500 - 1000 per day to see if this helps

I have the exact same problem...immediately after my warmdown the little man just goes limp. It kinda retains some girth,as with you, but any length increase that I notice during the workout just disappears. Not that that's my only problem concerning PE,though. I must be the ultimate PE hardgainer! :eek:
