i've noticed that while doing the jelq and the horizontal movement. that lubrication if too much or not enough cause problems. the last time i did the horizontal movement, i was not paying attention to the lube that had accumulated at the base preventing from attaining correct grip after a few reps i noticed this was a problem, and tried to compensate by gripping a little more to keep firmness, this did not help keep the semi erect state well at all, and i had decided to finish by all means than start over. now my question is if you know by the first 5- 10 resp that something is wrong, should you try to continue the workout as well as possible or, take a break and try it again?

Just stop what you're doing, lube up, and continue where you left off. If those first reps didn't feel right, don't include them in the count.

Hey Al, I have been using work-out routine methods and it seems like it should be working but i have not seen any results. I was wondering when your are doing the stretches while massaging the suspensory (PC) ligament, are you supposed to be completely soft?

Do your stretches flaccid. Your ligs should already be warmed up and ready for stretching before doing any stretches. A thorough warm up is VITAL to getting maximum gains.
