Hello. I am 19 and have had Type 1 Diabetes for 15 years. I am eager and excited to use the PH PE program with PS pills, yet am too embarrassed to discuss it with my doctor. I've never been with a girl, partially due to my lack of confidence which I am sure PE can increase. Is this safe? Please help, I need suggestions.

Thanks

I have no idea about Diabetes and the pills. I don't use the pills and I am gaining fine right now.

If you speak to your doctor he would probably advise against it just to keep his own butt covered.

As for the excercises themselves, I find them perfectly safe. Go into it slowly and let your penis get used to the stress you put it through at first.

You may get bood spots and bruises but the penis is a fast healer usually.

Look at the website that sells the pills and see if there are any precautions regarding them in conjunction with Diabetes. the only herb that some people advise against is Yohimbe. So see if your pills contain that.

Dwduck, welcome to the forum!

I will tell you that, in my opinion, PE has increased my confidence!
Asides from the physical benefits that PE provides, I truly believe that by performing PE, its most important change that occurs in a person is in how they perceive themself.

Their introspective prophecy does change for the better; I feel a lot more confident around the opposite sex, I display more of an extroverted personality than before, am more involved in projects (whatever they may be, whether in a small/large group environment) and my outlook is positive (mostly).

When looking at the various methods of penile enlargement, PE by way of natural exercises is the safest method to use, if you use common sense. This means by being educated about PE, and knowing how your body feels, you will achieve success.

As for your medical condition, I suggest if you want to skirt around doctor, get one of those pharmaceutical resource manuals that list and contain the varieties of chemicals, herbs, vitamins, minerals, supplements, etc, and they usually have sections that list what conditions or cautions or warnings, etc, that when used in conjunction with certain such ingestives. Pharmacists usually carry these, and will usually consent to a person requesting to a little personal research, if asked!

However, this is a rudimentary self-diagnosis, and I won't be held responsible or liable for them either! Only you have the ability to make this decision for yourself, not me or any other person.

On a lighter note, though, PE does work! As I mentioned before all the positive benefits (of many) that results from it make it a worthwhile endeavour! :)
