I know i have asked the question on this subject before but this question is about duration of the exercise. On toning up, do you do (cold, hot, repeat?) and if so how long for each? and how many times per session? Or do you put cold hot then stop and if so again how long for each? would really like to know for best results.

Well since this on is done when you have finished gaining. I would like to know too. Because at the rate I am gaining I don't think it will be very long until i need to find out.

Well, from what I understand you dont have to wait untill you r ready to stop to do this exercise, it is to tone everything up and help keep the gains you've made thus far. But, I would really like to know sets and reps of this exercise so that i can get the best possible results. Nobody wants to go though all this hard work and end up losing what they gained because of improper technique, that would only help to discorage and we dont want that.

-X hey Xolotl ,I am new at the forum .What are your gains ? What were your starting mesurments and your present measurements? I am ready to get started and I need to know that someone is making progress.What is your exercise routien.(spel)Anyone else who have had gains can answer,also how long have you been at this .

I think that gains are getting slower now.

There is a thread where I posted everything I am doing.

Somone else asked me the same question. Just do a search for Xolotl and find the thread title Xolotl.

It was funny finding my name as a thread but now that's where I post my gains.
