View Full Version : Newbie, Few Questions

First I'd like to tell you about myself. I'm 18, in good health, do not smoke, and only drink once in a while. My measurements are 7 X 5. My main goal is girth and I'm on the beginner's 20-25 minute program, 4 days a week. Also I'm trying to place an emphasis on PC development. By the way, in the 2 days I've been a member, I've already had noticeable flaccid gains, and my flaccid penis feels spongier, looser, and more expanded.

Now I have a few questions...

It seems like I am slightly larger than some of the newer members. Does this mean that I should select an intermediate or advanced program? Also is my 4 day a week plan good or should it be 2 days, on 2 days off? Just to let you know I decided on the 4 day per week plan by looking at the report on the signup site.

I am assuming that as I start to see gains in girth, the base of my penis will not gain as quickly as the upper shaft since the exercises all seem to develop the top more than the bottom. My question, is if I use a rubber band instead of my hand for exercises that require a hand to cut off blood from leaving the penis, will I be able to gain girth more easily at the base? The idea is that since the rubber band takes up less space than my hand, I would have more room to work with.

Also, since I am young, is it likely that I will be able to gain more quickly?

I am not much of a vereran member. I have been lucky in my initial gains though.

Stick with the beginning excercises. Being larger is not the issue, the issue is that your penis needs to get used to the stress you are putting it under.

If you do too much too soon, you may injure yourself. I started off with a lot of ugly spots and bruises. They do heal but you gotta be careful.

I do 2 on 1 off, many do 3 on 1 off. Just allow yourself to heal and recover, that is when the actual growing takes place.
