Hey guys...
In the advanced section the stretching blood flow is classified as a blood flow exercise, and there is no warm up before it. I can't see how safe it could be to do an exercise like stretching blood flow without a warmup first so I've been doing a warmup cloth before hand. Is this unecessary, and how is stretching blood flow for increasing lenght?

thanks!

Actually they suggest the stretching blood flow as a warmup exercise. If you read through it, it is described as a slow, nonintense exercise. Basically a warmup. Personally, I don't think that it works as well as a true warmup. But if you were in a situation with no hot water or microwave oven or electrical outlets, whatever you use to assist in your warmup, then you could use the stretching blood flow as a warmup. Like I said I don't think that it works that well, but it does provide some warmup. That's why they don't suggest a warmup.

Thanks for the input Turtle. I would think that it's kind of intense due to the fact that you're stretching while erect and therefore it would be effective. In any case, I'll keep at it for about a month and if I dont see any differences consider ditching it.

Thanks!
