I just started on the program and I could use a few pointers. I understand how to do the exercises on the site, but I'm not sure how much time/reps I should be doing to see results, and I'm not sure which of the workouts I should be focussing on. If any of you could fill me in on what exercises and routines you are using or have used that worked well for you, I'd appreciate it. I am looking for gains in both length and girth, although better stamina and flaccid length are nothing to shy away from. I'm not currently taking any penis pills, and I'd like to not rely on them for the time being. I'm at about 5 1/2 erect length and 5 erect girth.

Hi lacuna - Welcome to the Mens-Network Forum.
You've come to the right place to ask your questions.
Begin with a lite workout of about 7-10 minutes. You will find the information in the penis-health.com members area. Click on the 'Workout Routines' under 'New Features' in the index on the left side of your screen. There, you will be able to select which routine you wish to work with.
I have suggested that you begin with the basics to become familiar with the exercises...And when you understand them all, you can then customize your own routine to what suites you best.
Most of the exercises give time durations, but you may wish to do reps later, after you have become familiar with your routine.
If you are having any difficulties after trying these exercises or routines, please feel free to post your questions. We have lots of members with lots of support.
Good luck. ;)
Does anyone else have some good advice for our friend?

Thanks for the help Edward. When you talk about reps, do you mean repeating the 7-10 minute workout? I've started with the routine that they have on the site, and I'm managing that just fine..will it be damaging to extend the workout period?
Aslo..I shaved my package to make the exercises easier, but now my penis is really sensitive kind of irritated. Does anybody know of any way to help with this?

Hi lacuna - Reps are the number of times you are going to perform the exercise in one session. Please do not confuse this with the number of sessions per day that you will perform.
You will only need to do one session of your PE workout routine per day with a couple of rest days within a one week period.
For example: Long Shlong - 5 reps of 15 seconds 'pull and hold'; Jelqing - 100 reps; etc. etc...3-days on...1-day of rest...3-days on...1-day of rest...etc. etc.
Do this for 1 - 2 weeks before changing your workout routine to the next level.
If you feel that you would like to put more time into your workout, you may do so. However, as a beginner, I suggest starting slow and gradually increase your time as deemed appropriate to your needs.
Also, keep the intensity of your workout lite-n-easy, so as not to cause any injury to yourself...thus causing delay for required needed rest time for healing before continuing with your program.
As for treating irritation after shaving...try baby powder with corn starch.
Good luck my friend and let me know how things are going.
